Welcoming the Spring

As the days grow longer and the air becomes warmer, the arrival of the spring equinox marks the official beginning of spring and is nature’s ‘new year’.

Many of us may have made resolutions in the dead of winter – so now is the time to set some intentions that align with the blossoming of spring. If we just think about an intention, not a lot will change. The importance of intention setting is to dig deep into our why – and the best way to do this is by journalling. Think about what you want to achieve emotionally and physically, jotting this down as you go.

You can also celebrate this time by connecting with nature and observing the blooming flowers and budding trees around you. Take a walk in a local park or garden to fully appreciate the beauty of spring.
Another way to make the most of spring is to engage in activities that promote personal growth and well-being. This could include starting a new hobby, practicing mindfulness or meditation outdoors, or embarking on a spring-cleaning project to declutter your living space.
